None of this information is provided to a third party, except when necessary to conduct a tour, book accommodations, or manage the logistics of your trip. For instance your phone number may be provided to a tour guide in case there is a last minute change in the schedule.

All of these third parties are forbidden from using the information for any purpose other than managing your trip.

Two weeks after your trip you will receive a follow-up email asking about your tour. On this email there is an unsubscribe link which enables you to remove your name and email address from our list.

All credit card details are processed via secure streaming forms and the PayPal secure system.
